| Q. |
How do I Pre-Register to
have my gymnast photographed at an upcoming competition? |
| A. |
Pre-registrations can be made on-line at
www.timelessimages.com/pre_register.html. Simply
fill in the blanks and click 'Submit'. After submitting
your pre-registration a confirmation page should
open...PLEASE PRINT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE AND BRING IT
WITH YOU TO THE MEET.
***YOU STILL MUST
come see us at our booth prior to your gymnast's
session to complete your registration to have your
gymnast photographed. Those that pre-register ON
TIME will receive a 10% discount on their order.
We regret that late submissions can
not be honored. Pre-registrations must be
received as stated, both on the pre-registration page
and as shown below:
Pre-registrations must be received no later than 48
hours prior to the first day of a meet. This means
the first day of the entire meet; not from when
your gymnast might compete. So for a meet that occurs
over 3 days (Fri-Sat-Sun), pre-registrations would have
to be received no later than midnight on the previous
Wednesday. If the meet starts on a Saturday (Sat-Sun),
then pre-registrations must be received no later than
midnight on the previous Thursday.

| Q. |
How do I sign up to be
photographed at our Gym, Dance or Martial Arts Center? |
| A. |
You should find sign-up sheets and samples
on display at your Gym, Dance or Martial Arts Center.
If you can’t find them, ask someone on staff at
your training facility to show you where they are. |
|
|
| Q. |
Where are photos taken? |
| A. |
We take the photos at your Gym, Dance
or Martial Arts Center. We bring our “studio”
to you. While we’re not sure where the staff of
your facility will have us set-up, we’ll be there
somewhere! |
|
|
| Q. |
Does a parent need to be present when photos
are taken? |
| A. |
While a parent does not need to be present
when the photographs are actually taken, one is required
to view the proofs of the photos after they are taken.
We shoot digitally and have computer-viewing stations
right there on-site where you will view, modify and customize
your photos and place your order immediately after they
are taken. Parents may view later in the day, but must
keep in mind that the parents of the children being photographed
at that time will be there viewing their photos. |

| A. |
We appreciate that you hired us to photograph
your athlete and as such, we are happy to accommodate
modest requests to send an image, possibly two, to a publication,
editor, writer, printer or the-like. You can e-mail requests
to customerservice@timelessimages.com. You can call us
from inside Washington State at 360-438-9656 or if you

|
|
| Q. |
Why can’t you send the images to
me directly? |
| A. |
Unfortunately (not to say that you would
personally) there have been some unscrupulous slimeballs
in the past that have taken advantage of our generosity
and have effectively ruined it for the rest of you honest
folks out there. It seems that images sent that were requested
for ‘publication’ were being used to make
photographic reprints as well. So…unless you have
already purchased a Hi-res disk from us, Hi-Res (printable)
images for promotional use or publication must be sent
directly to the publication, editor, writer, printer,
etc. directly.. |
